CELAYA

Peña Larga

In order to get to the rock, you will have to follow a hiking route in which you will learn more about the local flora and fauna.

The rappel will be 33-meter (110 feet) and this rappel experience has a medium difficulty, so you do not need much previous experience.

GUANAJUATO

Cerro de la Bufa

A good place to practice this exciting sport is Cerro de la Bufa, where you can also take pleasant walks to enjoy the flora and fauna of the region. You must climb 20 minutes to reach Los Picachos, in a journey that is not difficult and you have an incredible panoramic view of Guanajauato.

Cañón de los Murciélagos

This canyon is located in the Sierra de Pénjamo, 45 kilometers from Irapuato. The name, Bat Canyon, comes from the fact that at the top of the canyon there is a cave with a large bat colony and hundreds of bats swarm out every night.

The area is worth exploring for its great diversity of flora and fauna and natural beauty with waterfalls and rivers. The canyon walls reach up to 200-meter (650 feet) high and are a real challenge for rappelling lovers.
