The waterfall forms exactly where the Verde River changes its course and cascades over large rocks and columns of black basaltic stone, along with part of a hill covered in lush vegetation.
It has a height of approximately 40 meters, which creates a thunderous noise when it falls, and a splendid rainbow often emerges from its mist.
It is a pleasant spot for a picnic day, but you should consider that to reach the waterfall, you will have to walk approximately 25 minutes along a paved path.
