It is the highest peak in the southeast of Mexico with 4,093 meters above sea level.

It houses several types of ecosystems: high jungle, pine forests, cloud forest, grasslands, and even hot springs.

When you climb this peak, you have an incomparable view of the entire Central American Volcanic Axis.
