It covers an area of 2,737 hectares, including the Cerro de San Felipe, which is part of the eastern sierra and is made up of metamorphic rocks. This mountain reaches a height of 3,500 meters above sea level, and the San Felipe stream, which provides water to the city of Oaxaca, originates from this hill.
Due to its great diversity in flora and fauna, it is a beautiful natural setting. There are over 200 bird species, 39 reptile species, 18 amphibian species, and 67 mammal species. The park has a trail over 10 km long that can be explored to appreciate all the beauty it offers.
In addition, there are playgrounds and thrilling zip lines that cover 290 meters at a height of 100 meters.

Location
Located approximately 8 km, or about 25 minutes north of downtown Oaxaca, very close to the town of San Felipe del Agua.
