This park was inaugurated in 2010 as part of the bicentennial celebrations.

It recreates 7 different climates and types of vegetation representative of the country, including an experimental chinampa, an artificial lake, and an orchidarium, among others.

It covers 55 hectares and is divided into five zones or gardens: earth, water, wind, sun, and nature, which are represented by the elements believed by the Mexicas to compose the universe.

The park features a children's playground, areas for cycling and skateboarding, a botanical garden, and an auditorium.
