It is characterized by a spectacular flagpole with a height of 100 meters and a weight of 120 tons. The flag measures 50 meters wide by 30 meters high. It is also known as the Obispado Lookout.

The lookout is situated at an altitude of 775 meters above sea level and consists of a circular esplanade with a 40-meter diameter surrounded by pleasant gardens. Here, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire city and the surrounding mountains.
