The state's coastline is more than 213 km and offers several beaches ideal for all kind of water sports.

La Caleta de Campos is a place to dive and snorkel; Nexpa and La Ticla are ideal for surfing; and Ticuiz, Bahía de San Telmo and Maruata with calm waters are good for swimming and boating.
