It is a group of four markets in the San Juan neighborhood.

It is famous for the exotic food it offers, such as armadillo, skunk, buffalo, goose, pheasant, and countless options for adventurous palates, including tough and slightly acidic lion meat.

Among the unusual foods, you can also find maguey worms, grasshoppers, scorpions, chicatanas ants, escamoles (ant larvae), snails, and frogs, reminiscent of pre-Hispanic cuisine.

If you prefer seafood and fish, you will not be disappointed in this market either, as you can find salmon, caviar, squid, langoustines, Alaskan crabs, and herring roe, among many other sea products.

There are several establishments that offer tastings, allowing you to savor these exotic products in a unique way.

In addition, you can find a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, as well as beautiful handicrafts from various regions of the country.
