This river has an extension of about 200 km. Starts at the Sierra de Jalisco and flows into the Pacific Ocean at Playa Encantada. 

In its trajectory it crosses ravines with vertical walls of limestone rock of ocher and black colors that are the habitat of birds and reptiles.
