The three islands are located in front of the hotel zone of Mazatlán and have become the symbol of the destination. The islands are: Isla de Pájaros (Bird Island), Isla de Chivos (Goat Island), and Isla de Venados (Deer Island), all of which have been declared Ecological Reserves and Migratory Bird Refuges.

Isla de Venados (Deer Island)

Also known as Isla de en Medio, it is the largest of the three.

This island is characterized by its beautiful beaches, ideal for various water activities. It is also home to a large number of birds and marine species. On the island, you can find umbrellas, loungers, and a seafood restaurant.

You can reach the island by boats, kayaks, sailboats, or catamarans departing from certain areas of the hotel zone. Even if you are in good physical condition, you can swim there.

Isla de Pájaros (Bird Island)

This small island is not easily accessible, as you can only reach it when the sea is calm.

It has desert-like vegetation where you can see cacti, agaves, and lichens. This island is not included in the tours.
