The Enchanted Lagoon has a diameter of over 100 meters and water that changes colors, from green to red, then yellow, and finally brown, becoming turbid at certain times of the year.
It is surrounded by gardens and lush trees, set amidst beautiful mountain landscapes.
This town is famous for being the birthplace of Benito Juárez, and at one end of the lagoon, there is a small square with a statue of the "Benemérito de las Américas" (Illustrious Man of the Americas), and a few meters away, you can visit a recreation of his house.

Location
Located in Guelatao de Juárez, approximately 63 km, or about an hour and a half from Oaxaca, on Federal Highway 190 towards the Isthmus.
