It is a majestic rocky marine promontory that is considered the second largest of its kind in the world.
Due to its position, it has become a sanctuary and natural habitat for dolphins and porpoises that frequent its shores year-round, as well as hundreds of seals and sea lions that visit from October to April. It also serves as a migratory refuge for thousands of seabirds, such as seagulls, pelicans, and herons, among others.
In the surrounding area, you can fish, as sailfish, dorado, and wahoo are abundant.
One of its peculiarities is the clear area known as Ensenada Bichi, where the "Pechocho," a type of wild dolphin, approaches humans with a very friendly behavior. It is an unforgettable experience to interact with these animals in their natural environment.
