The coastline faces the Sea of Cortez and is composed of beautiful beaches, peninsulas, islands, islets, bays, lagoons, and estuaries.
Along the Sinaloa coast, there are many untouched beaches, some with cliffs and others surrounded by mangrove forests, which serve as habitats for various bird species such as roseate spoonbills, ibises, oystercatchers, Brandt's cormorants, double-crested cormorants, and pelagic cormorants, among others.
On some of these beaches, you can find fishing communities that invite you to share their stories and enjoy a fried fish called mojarra. It's a unique experience that brings you closer to nature while also offering recreational activities.
If you are a fishing enthusiast, you can find snook, grouper, corvina, tilapia, mullet, and clams along the coast.
