The cenote is located inside a cave with very easy access, as it has been equipped with wooden stairs.
It has artificial lighting and ambient music. Its transparent blue waters are ideal for swimming and snorkeling.
The cenote facilities include green areas, a restaurant, palapas (thatched-roof shelters), loungers, a pool, dressing rooms, and restrooms.
You can also visit the educational farm and the aviary, where a guide explains the characteristics of the local flora and fauna. Along the educational trails, you will find a Mayan pyramid, a henequen plantation, and sascab deposits.
One unique characteristic of this cenote is its reverse thermal effect. From November to February, when temperatures are lower, the cave temperature is 28ºC, while during the rest of the year, when temperatures are higher, the cave's interior remains at 26ºC.
