The Sauceda and Mimbres rivers flow into this dam and it is a place that you can go kayaking to observe the beautiful views offered by the wooded vegetation that surrounds it. 

Here you can appreciate the beauty of the coniferous forest that surrounds the dam, take a boat ride, beside the species you can catch are crappie, carp, black bass, and catfish.
