Zooleón is the zoo park of the city of León, located in a vast natural area.

This park offers various attractions such as a safari, a train, and summer educational courses.

It's a place where you can admire and learn about incredible animals from different parts of the world. They have over 2,000 animals from 240 different species in perfectly adapted areas that replicate their natural habitats.

The animal exhibition is diverse and comprehensive, including Indian pythons, American bears, polar bears, panthers, leopards, jaguars, lions, pumas, Bengal tigers, lynxes, bison, antelope, zebras, deer, giraffes, ostriches, gray deer, yaks, chimpanzees, hippos, wild boars, crocodiles, African mongooses, rheas, tapirs, foxes, ocelots, tayras, collared peccaries, llamas, elephants, Arctic foxes, green monkeys, raccoons, crowned cranes, and flamingos, among others.

The zoo offers a unique safari experience where you can observe African savannah animals in semi-freedom through a special vehicle tour.

There's also a Reptile Zone, an area where you'll find a unique and fascinating collection of reptiles and lizards, and a Myth Zone that aims to debunk the fears, anxieties, phobias, and stress related to certain animals.

The park also features an aviary, playgrounds, horseback riding, a train that tours the main sites, a theater with two shows on Saturdays and Sundays, beautiful green areas with tables, benches, and grills. They have restaurants, parking, and restroom facilities. Admission requires a fee.
