Templo del Santuario del Sagrado Corazón
It has a spacious courtyard at the front, and its facade is distinguished by three towers, each with a bell tower.
The former chapel of the Hospital of the Virgin of Solitude in Tonalá was reconstructed and became the current sanctuary, completed and blessed in 1899.
Inside, you can see twelve slender columns crowned with Corinthian capitals, supporting ten Gothic arches that divide the space into three wide aisles. The walls feature oil paintings depicting the Stations of the Cross, copies of works by an Austrian painter.
