Sanctuary of Our Lady of Guadalupe
The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Guadalupe is a construction dating back to 1880 and has a neoclassical style.
It is considered one of the most elegant and beautiful temples in the city.
It is the only temple in the center that retains a quarry atrium. It has a quarry and metal railing decorated with flower figures and curved reliefs.
Due to an explosion that occurred in the 1940s, its tower was lost, but its architecture is still harmonious.
Inside, the large crystal chandeliers stand out, and its enormous dome has painted stars. The walls feature paintings that depict the apparitions of the Virgin of Guadalupe.
In the main altar, there is a beautiful image of the Virgin surrounded by Greek-style columns.
