It is located in the spring area of Santiago Cuautlalpan. It is distinguished by the majestic ahuehuete at the entrance, which is situated over a spring, creating the impression that the water springs from the tree’s roots.

This tree holds special significance, as it was planted to mark the moment when the area was recognized as an Indigenous Lordship in 1460 AD.

The site features pools fed by spring water, palapas, playgrounds, an ejidal store, a temazcal, food stalls, and a camping area.
