With an area of 168,500 square meters, it is the most traditional and renowned park since the late 19th century. It features the Concha Acústica, where outdoor shows are presented, the Jardín del Arte (Art Garden), and the Calzada de los Músicos (Musicians' Avenue).

The park includes a butterfly house, aviary, orchid garden, exhibition hall, video room, educational trails, children's forum, and sports courts for indoor soccer on carpet and cement.
