A beautiful neoclassical-style building.
It was built in 1939 and was intended to be the Secondary School and Preparatory School of the State.
Its façade is covered with brick in a petatillo pattern, which contrasts beautifully with the gray quarry ornamentation and its extensive, green, and colorful gardens.
The central part of its main façade is crowned with the Coat of Arms of Tlaxcala carved in stone.
