Former Ensenada Maritime Customs Museum
The building that houses the museum is considered one of the oldest functioning public buildings in Baja California.
In the late 19th century, it was occupied by the American Company to sell lots in Ensenada and later became the Maritime Customs Office. The Victorian-style building was constructed in England and brought to be assembled at the port.
The museum exhibits historical data and artifacts related to the Manila Galleon found on the Pacific coast of the Baja California Peninsula. The shipwreck is dated between 1574 and 1576.
The exhibition is complemented by interactive games.
