Museo Fray Bernardino de Sahagún de Tepeapulco

It is located in the cloister of the former Convent of San Francisco, built in 1528.

Its four rooms exhibit interesting archaeological pieces from the Toltec, Teotihuacan, and Aztec cultures, as well as artifacts from the archaeological site called Xihuingo. Utensils used in daily life are prominently featured.

The first room is dedicated to temporary exhibitions.

The second room displays Mesoamerican pieces from the Preclassic period.

The third room showcases an archaeological excavation with part of the hydraulic system used by the friars in the 16th century, along with other items such as paintings from the viceregal era.

The fourth room narrates the importance of religion among the Mexica people.
