Los Portales de San Cristóbal de las Casas
Since the 16th century, when its initial layout was created, this place has been an area of commerce.
The Arcades consists of twenty-nine semicircular arches on Tuscan columns that support the artisan roof made of beams and a balustrade topped with cupolas.
Currently, it is a pleasant gathering place with several stores offering shoes, clothing, and attractive souvenirs, as well as cafes where you can sit and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of San Cristóbal de las Casas.
