Centro Turístico Laguna Miramar (Tourist Center)
Laguna Miramar is one of the most beautiful in Mexico, covering an area of 16 km² and located in the southwestern part of the Montes Azules Biosphere Reserve.
In the area, you can explore caves with cave paintings and observe turtles, spider monkeys, and howler monkeys in their natural habitat, among many others. You can also visit the crocodile lagoon and the islets of the lagoon where archaeological ruins have been found.
Facilities include cabins, a restaurant, horse rental, tent and hammock rentals, a dock where you board the cayucos or hammock canoes, and a latrine.
It is a place where you can take raft trips, practice mountain biking, hiking, and trekking.

It is located approximately 150 km (3 hours and 15 minutes) away from Comitán de Domínguez, with an additional 3-hour hike.
