A huge staircase leads to this chapel.

On Álvaro Obregón Street, parallel to Capilla Abierta Street, there is a long staircase built in 1960 that leads to the Church of Cristo del Buen Vecino.

On the third landing of the staircase, you will find the Plazuela de los Cuatro Señoríos, from where you can descend to a peaceful garden with children's playgrounds, overlooking the courtyards of the former Franciscan Convent of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción.

The church, with a simple and sober facade, was built in the late 18th century.

It has a single tower and houses the Venerated Precious Blood of Christ.

From this place, you can admire a panoramic view of the city of Tlaxcala, with the bell tower of the former Franciscan Convent in the foreground.
