Palacio de Gobierno de Aguascalientes (Government Palace)
It houses the Executive Power and is a mansion in Baroque style made of quarry stone dating back to 1665.
The interior features 111 arches and 5 majestic murals that depict a significant part of Aguascalientes' history. These murals were hand-painted by Oswaldo Barra Cunningham, a Chilean muralist.
The titles of the murals are: "Aguascalientes in History," "San Marcos Fair," "Interpretation of the Flag's Colors," "The Aguascalientes Convention," and "The Battle of the Great Nopalera."
