An eco-tourism complex of over 100 hectares located in the municipality of Acajate, on the eastern slope of the Cofre de Perote mountain.

The ranch encompasses a beautiful mountain ecosystem rich in flora and fauna, including white-tailed deer, mouflon sheep, and a rabbit breeding facility. Additionally, this rustic-style complex features 6 cabins and a lodge with a capacity of up to 60 people.

Activities include hiking, swimming in the "Agua del Conejo" spring, exploring underground tunnels, and zip-lining.
