Planetario de Xalapa
The Planetarium is part of MIX (Xalapa Interactive Museum).
It's the perfect place to learn and understand how the universe is structured through digitized images.
It features a projection room, image display equipment, and a stereophonic audio system.
In the planetarium dome, projections are made showcasing the sky at any time of the year, allowing the identification of up to seven thousand celestial bodies. Additionally, all lunar cycles throughout the year are represented, as well as the simulation of a total solar eclipse and the evolution of spacecraft.
They offer workshops and courses on astronomy, as well as temporary exhibitions on astronomical topics.
