With a surface area of 108 hectares, this park is considered one of the largest and most important fair and exhibition venues in the country due to its infrastructure and modernity.

It features a lagoon, dolphinarium, performance stage, open-air theater, cockfighting arena, livestock stands, green areas, parking lots, and it serves as the official venue for Tabasco's grand event, the Tabasco Fair.
