This park is a three-hectare forest covered with lush eucalyptus, pine, and primavera trees, as well as landscaped areas, cobblestone walkways, benches, and gazebos.

It has recreational, cultural, and sports areas, with various walkways leading to the center of the park where the monument of General Esteban Baca Calderón is located, along with scenes alluding to the Mexican Revolution and an artificial lake.

There is a mini train station, an area with replicas of characters from classic Walt Disney children's stories.

The park also features a skating rink, an Olympic pool, an open-air theater called La Concha Acústica, and several restaurants offering vegetarian food, grilled meat, Mexican snacks, and ice cream parlors.
