It is anoutdoor park with typical trees from Yucatan, such as flamboyants, tamarinds, ceibas, and oaks, among others.

It is also known as "Parque Hundido" (Sunken Park) because it surprises you with its paths and spaces surrounded by stones and tree roots up to 15 meters deep. The only thing is that these trails are located 7 meters below ground level.

It features an artificial lake and a circuit with a length of approximately 1.5 km.
