Alejandro Rangel University Museum

The museum is located next to the chapel of the hacienda, built in the 17th century, considered the oldest in the entire state.
It exhibits the work of this painter from the state of Colima, including drawings, paintings, furniture, and ironwork. It also has some interesting archaeological pieces rescued by Maestro Rangel Hidalgo, dating from 600 to 500 BC.

This artist gained fame for his ironwork design and various wooden objects, especially furniture, which became so successful that a style called "Rangeliano" was created.

Location

Ex Hacienda de Nogueras s/n, Nogueras, Colima. It is only a 12-minute drive from the center of the Magical Town.

Hours

Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00 hrs. Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00 hrs.
