Alfredo Guati Rojo National Watercolor Museum

The permanent exhibition area offers a historical overview of watercolor in Mexico.

It features a collection donated by maestro Alfredo Guati Rojo and his wife Berta Pietrasanta.

The museum has seven rooms displaying over 300 watercolor paintings ranging from pre-Hispanic times to contemporary works, including pieces from the 19th century.

It also has an International Room showcasing works by authors from different countries, as well as the works of nearly 40 Mexican artists dedicated to this pictorial discipline. There is a room for temporary exhibitions.
