The Museum "The Magic of the Past" tells the story of Querétaro from its origins to the 20th century in a fun way.

The museum displays puzzles, costumes, and interactive exhibits.

It has five rooms with various themes, such as Origins, which discusses the pre-Hispanic world, the conquest and evangelization process; Origin and development of Querétaro's wealth during the Baroque period; Forging the new nation, which covers topics on Independence, the mid-19th century boom, and the Laws of Reform; Siege of Querétaro, which deals with the end of imperialism and the restoration of the Republic; and the 20th century, which discusses the Porfiriato and the Revolution.
