Felipe Santiago Gutiérrez Museum

The museum occupies a house that was built from the late 18th to the early 19th century.

This building has had various functions over the years, from a residential house to a school, boarding house, and asylum, among others.

It offers a collection of 225 works in oil, watercolor, and drawings, showcasing the different stages of Felipe Santiago Gutiérrez's artistic life, one of the most renowned artists from the State of Mexico.

This museum is connected to the José Ma. Velasco Museum, as the Mexican 19th-century painting room is shared by both museums.
