Museo del Calendario (MUCAL)
The Calendar Museum is housed in a 17th-century house in the historic center.
This house has been restored, preserving its original features and enhancing the lush gardens.
Considering that calendars are part of human history, the museum aims to provide a recount of their history and their social, cultural, and political implications.
It has ten rooms: time and space, origin of the calendar, the Stone of the Sun, the calendar in Mexico, various painters, Santiago Sadurni, Ángel Martín Merino, Jesús de la Helguera, Raúl Pablo Vieyra Flores Gallery, and ancient calendars.
One of its notable pieces is the first replica of the Aztec Calendar carved in wood.
The museum features a site museum and a temporary exhibition room.

Calle Francisco I. Madero 91, Centro Histórico, Santiago de Querétaro, Qro.
