The Museum of Cocoa and Chocolate tells the history and importance of cacao in Chiapas and how it has been a contribution from this place to the world.

It is located in a historic house in downtown San Cristóbal de las Casas and features three-dimensional and pictographic representations that show the history of cacao, as well as its commercial value and importance to health.

It has a shop where you can buy chocolate in various presentations, crafts, and a wide variety of souvenirs related to cacao and chocolate. It also has a café.
