Museo de Mineralogía Eduardo Villaseñor Söhle

The Mineralogical Museum is located in the Faculty of Mines, Metallurgy, and Geology at the University of Guanajuato.

It features a collection of over 22,000 exemplary samples of various minerals from around the world. Its silver collection is one of the most important in the world, and it also houses two fragments of meteorites, which are among the oldest exhibited in the country, both dating back over 4.5 billion years.
