The Photography Museum holds the most important photographic collection in the country.

The museum houses nearly 900,000 photographic pieces covering 160 years of photography in Mexico.

The National Photographic Archive has 41 collections that cover diverse subjects such as archaeology, anthropology, architecture, urbanism, sociology, among others.
