Watercolor Museum
It occupies the premises of a beautiful late 19th-century building.
It consists of eight rooms displaying works by masters such as Benito Nogueira, Edgardo Coglhan, Ernesto Icaza, Ignacio Barrios, Ignacio Beteta, Pastor Velázquez, Vicente Mendiola, as well as the Ballesteros brothers.
The museum also exhibits the award-winning works from the National Watercolor Contest, featuring important artists from the State of Mexico.
The museum organizes conferences, book presentations, plays, workshops, and guided visits.
This is one of the most prestigious and the second most important watercolor museums in the country.
