Museo de Historia Mexicana (Mexican History)

It is located near the site where Monterrey was founded. It features an exhibition of over 1,200 pieces related to the history of Mexico, from pre-Hispanic times to the 20th century.

The museum has five permanent galleries with the following themes: Ancient Mexico, Viceroyalty, 19th Century, 20th Century, and Mother Earth.

It offers interactive consultation modules integrated into the tour, a temporary exhibition hall, a library-videoteca, an audiovisual room, an auditorium, and a store selling crafts, books, and souvenirs.
