The Sister Cities Museum is located in the building that houses the Historic Center Patronage.

It was inaugurated on February 14, 1997, as part of the celebrations for the 455th anniversary of the foundation of Guadalajara.

It has 4 exhibition rooms displaying gifts from sister cities to Guadalajara, such as books, posters, and a photographic exhibition of Guadalajara cities in Spain and Mexico.

There is a room with informational folders about each sister city.

The temporary exhibition room showcases artworks that later travel to each of the sister cities around the world.
