It is housed in a beautiful colonial building dating back to 1538.

The building used to be the Hospital of San Juan de Letrán. In contrast, the museum features innovative museography and interactive systems.

The museum aims to promote Mexican art through its history. It has a collection of over 1,700 pieces of pre-Hispanic art and more than 1,300 pieces of viceregal, 19th-century, and 20th-century artwork.

The Historic Center offers many places you shouldn't miss. Download the Puebla Tourist Guide to explore all the options.
