A two-story building with aristocratic colonial design, built at the end of the 17th century. 

The main hall stands out for being divided by Moorish-style mixed arches supported by Doric columns. 

There is a majestic marble staircase, and the staircase railings, windows, and balconies are artistically forged ironwork.
