The facilities are located within the Ex Hacienda, which was founded in 1627 and was one of the largest producers of sugar, rice, beans, corn, and alcohol in the area.

It covers an area of 130,000 square meters, where different recreational spaces and ample areas for events are located.

The Ex Hacienda offers beautiful gardens, pools, water games, a river and wave pool, Toborama, a multi-slide, a children's area, sports courts, picnic areas, dressing rooms, a restaurant, cabins, and accommodations.
