Iglesia y Claustro de San Roque, Centro Cultural
This Cultural Center is located in the former Convent of San Roque, a 17th-century building.
The construction showcases typical Franciscan architecture and served as a school and hospice for abandoned children.
It has an austere façade, and inside, there are five small Baroque altarpieces, with the main one adorned with wooden carved children being the highlight.
Adjacent to the convent is the Institute of Culture of Campeche, a space where workshops and events in music, theater, and dance take place.
