Quinta Gameros University Cultural Center

The building that houses this museum combines various architectural styles, making it eclectic.

Quinta Gameros was built from 1907 to 1910 by the architect Julio Corredor Latorre, on the orders of Don Manuel Gameros (a mining engineer) who never got to live in it due to the Mexican Revolution. This mansion was inhabited at different times by Carranza and Francisco Villa during the revolution.

Visiting this museum is like stepping back in time. Inside, there is a winding double-ramp staircase that leads to the rear portico and a large stained glass window that illuminates the room, as well as rococo decorations on its walls.

The furniture in the residence is clearly Art Nouveau style, including glassware, ironwork, and cutlery, among others, all part of the museum's permanent collection.

Additionally, it has a gallery and hosts frequent cultural events such as concerts and conferences.

Paseo Bolívar No. 401, Zona Centro, Chihuahua, Chih.
