It includes the Víctor Hugo Rascón Banda Theater with a capacity of 1,750 people; the Octavio Trías Experimental Theater, with a capacity of 300 people; a multipurpose room, an amphitheater, and a bookstore.
The main lobby features a glass mural depicting the history of the border.
