An old neoclassical mansion dating back to the 18th century.

This is the birthplace of the reformist politician Jesús Terán Peredo, who fought alongside President Benito Juárez.

Currently, it is considered a historical monument and houses a cultural center with a video library. It is also the headquarters of a literary school that offers various workshops.

It has a space for temporary exhibitions, as well as a small open-air theater and a pleasant café.
